Surrender
Tekst:
A long long time ago, rivers didn't flow
The world was covered in ice
She sat there holding on, a leather bag of sun
Tears froze in her eyes
'Cause she forefelt, if the snow would melt
The rivers would overflow
She held on strong to that bag of sun
But what she did not know
That the beams of the sun would free everyone
From the stone and the bitter cold
That the beams of the sun would free everyone
From the stone and the bitter cold
She sat on her own, tried to be strong
To save the world alone
Although she tried to hold on tight
She had to let go
The snow did melt, and the rivers swelled
And she did fear the worst
But she saw how the seas and the soil and the trees
Finally quenched their thirst
And the beams of the sun did free everyone
From the stone and the bitter cold
And the beams of the sun did free everyone
From the stone and the bitter cold
And the warmth of the air spreaded everywhere
Like a mother holds her son
And the rolling plains turned golden again
And she felt her beating heart
And the beams of the sun did free everyone
From the stone and bitter the cold
And the warmth of the air did spreaded everywhere
Like a mother holds her son
And the rolling plains turned golden again
And she felt her beating heart
